Tim has had an interest in real estate for as long as he can remember, purchasing (and completely renovating) his first house at just 22 years old. Even years after his home was complete, he frequently found himself browsing real estate listings and staying up to date with the market. In 2016, after purchasing his second home, he finally took the plunge and decided to make real estate a career.
He began his career with Boss Realty LLC, a locally owned and operated brokerage in West Bend, WI. He learned a lot in his 7+ years with Boss, and gained valuable experience by helping hundreds of clients buy and sell properties throughout Wisconsin. Owning his own brokerage has been a goal of Tim’s since he began his real estate career. In 2024, he felt it was time to make the dream a reality and underwent the required education to obtain his Brokerage License, and in February 2024, Ludo Realty Group was born.

Tim was born and raised in Ozaukee County and currently resides in Washington County. While this is where he has completed the majority of his real estate transactions, he has bought and sold properties all throughout the state of Wisconsin.
In his personal life, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys. He is an avid golfer, hunter, and sports fan, as well as a master at smoking meat. Tim has been married since 2014 and is a proud dad of his two boys.

Hi, I’m Jon, husband and father of two young kids. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and over 5 years of experience in the short term rental industry.
